The Community Executive will assist the Associate Community Manager and assume his/her
responsibilities in their absence and shall be responsible for the centre where they are deployed.
The role requires the following:
SALES & MARKETING:
Maintain above 90% occupancy and achieve target sales goals
Limit desk vacancies by ensuring operational efficiency during member churn
Work with CoWrks marketing team to ensure required visibility for your CoWrks
Ensure that each CoWrks community member lead is managed with utmost care and in
line with the CoWrks Sales Process
Operate within the framework set by CoWrks and uphold the CoWrks expectations
Adhere to the CoWrks Pricing Policy
Research potential members and develop tailored marketing strategies and materials
based on such research. Work with the marketing team of CoWrks to develop targeted
marketing strategies aimed at larger deals.
Improvise on the sales pitch to ensure that it is updated, relevant & competitive.
Build a community environment thats conducive to collaboration
Ensure that members are engaged through action-packed events calendars
New member introduction brunches and mixers/socials
Work with local businesses in the vicinity to plan engagement events
Continuously measure member satisfaction and strive to improve member satisfaction
Conceptualize Community Initiatives such as Events that help build relationships
Introduce new members to our existing community of members.
Manage billing & check-ins/check-outs for all members whose membership qualifies as
Hourly or Day-Pass
Conduct CoWrks Center Tours for all potential new members
Attend to our members needs at all times and solve member issues
Manage the CoWrks membership waiting lists
Proactively gather data on members business objectives and identify member services
that could help other members achieve their objectives
Supervise in-building events for compliance with house rules and intercede or escalate
issues as they arise
Should actively drive growth and promote service offerings of all alliances of CoWrks.
Develop and implement strategies for reaching out to local organizations and attend
networking events to promote the community of CoWrks and identify potential
Explore existing members business networks and conduct detailed research on Business
associates of these existing members in order to find new potential members for
Work with the CoWrks Facilities teams to ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness of
CoWrks spaces, buildings, IT infrastructure, back-of-house areas, etc.
Assist in building policies pertaining to Guest Registration, Security and Building
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Associate Community Manager in a
timely and complete manner.
Liaise with other CoWrks team members to get the job done
Liaise with our Facilities & IT Support teams to resolve member issues such as Printers,
Attend to our coffee bars, vending machines, printers, stationery bins, etc. and ensure
that consumables are ordered in time.
Restocking/replenishing of consumables as and when required
Conceptualize and roll-out initiatives that promote CoWrks
Liaise with our Communications, Marketing & Technology teams to ensure that
digital/email/print communications are conceptualized prior to events
Inspect our CoWrks Center amenities & services daily. When amenities or services need
maintenance, raise Facilities Tickets through our ticketing platform.
Prepare centre expense reports for review by the Community Development Council of
CoWrks on a monthly basis.
Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting
with managers to discuss needs.
Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analysing responses;
verifying references; organizational fitment and comparing qualifications to job
Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with
managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices;
monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
Manage intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and
assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; advising managers
on training and coaching.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional
publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related results as
Completing all the recruitments within the turnaround time
Support the hiring managers to write the Job descriptions
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting
plans and implementation.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
o Post positions to appropriate Internet sources and hunt the job portals
o Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting
o Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
o Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge
morale, and source new candidate leads.
